1.1. The object of the contract is the object of the contract is the purchase of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law (hereinafter: PE) by the Contracting Authority for its buildings and its infrastructure (in accordance with its fixtures) or to the infrastructure in which The Contracting Authority is a party to the distribution agreement. This order does not include electricity distribution services. The quality parameters of electricity are determined by the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions of the operation of the electricity system.
The Contracting Authority informs that:
- during the term of the contract on the contract in question, the Contracting Authority will fulfil the order according to the needs of the Contracting Authority.
- as a result of the conclusion of new contracts for the distribution service or in economically justified situations for the Contracting Authority, some of the parameters listed
in Annex No 7, they are subject to change. Such a situation may relate to contractual power or tariff (technical reasons), the modification may only be made within the tariff groups in the subject of the contract.
- the estimated electricity consumption of Annex No 7 has been done with due care, but is indicative.
- for the connection points listed in Annex No 7, the role of the Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as DSO) is undertaken by TAURON DISTRIBUTION S.A.
- the role of the electricity retailer for the connection points listed in Annex No 1, is performed by the electricity trading company: PGE Skarżysko - Kamienna
The Contractor must have a contract concluded and in force, the so-called General Distribution Agreement, with the local DSO, on the basis of which he may sell electricity through the distribution network of that DSO to all the facilities of the Contracting Authority indicated in Annexes 7 to the SAGE.
Detailed list of what points are handled by which DSO and energy trading company the Contracting Party shall communicate to the Contractor of this proceeding following the signing of a sales agreement in accordance with the model of Annex No 6
In order to calculate the offer price, the Contractor shall take into account the following consumption:
Street lighting, buildings, premises, objects in use, managed by the Municipality of Pawłowice.
Measurement and settlement arrangements in tariff groups B, are adapted to the principle of TPA
Annual demand forecast for electricity of street lighting - 1148.13 MWh
Annual demand forecast for electricity of selected facilities - 3993.37 MWh
Total annual demand forecast for Pawłowice Municipality - 5141.50 MWh
