The procurement is targeted at the Sahanniemi water utility of the City of Heinola

chemical delivery to the wastewater treatment plant and, more specifically, the treatment plant's

explosion hazard under normal conditions of use.

The consumption of the chemical varies somewhat in summer and winter conditions

according to the state of the nitrogen removal process and in such a way that consumption during winter time may be
