The tender contest is for a contract for deliveries of food products to industrial households in Nordkapp Municipality.
The contest is primarily for deliveries to the kitchen at Nordkapp health centre. Schools, nurseries and other entities are not included in the contest, but larger units with good ordering routines and volumes have an option to join the framework agreement.
The contract consists of the following product groups:
1) Groceries and poultry (Estimated annual volume NOK 1 000 000, excluding VAT);
2) Fresh vegetables, fruit, potatoes, and eggs (estimated annual volume NOK 250 000 excluding VAT);
3) Milk and dairy products (Estimated annual volume NOK 300 000 excluding VAT);
4) Meat and meat products (Estimated annual volume NOK 300 000 excluding VAT);
5) Fish and fish products (Estimated annual volume NOK 300 000 excluding VAT).
See the procurement documents for further information.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.
