As part of the upgrading and rehabilitation of its heritage, the City of Montbrison wishes to rehabilitate and expand the theatre of penitents. The objective is to bring together the different parts of the building, existing and to be created, and to think of a global design corresponding to its current use. It is about enhancing, improving and sustaining this equipment. The rehabilitation and extension of the theatre must include a reopening of the site for the 2023-2024 cultural season. The estimated cost of the work is EUR 2 250 000 excluding VAT. A visit to the site is mandatory (see Article II.3 of the Rules of Consultation).
