The Borough Council of Bolton (‘the Authority’) received tenders for educational improvement services primary education setting which were subject to the information, specification and tender package advertised. The Authority is seeking to commission through this framework a number of Educational Improvement Strategic Partners (EISP who is the ‘Provider’) who will appoint and manage Associate School Improvement Professional (ASIPs) to provide challenge and support as appropriate, directed by the Authority's Education and Learning Division (ELD).
