The object of the order is a service to receive and use municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Municipality of Opoczno.

1.The object of the order is the implementation of the task of the following: Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of Opoczno.

The scope of the object of the contract includes the provision of services consisting in the collection and development (recovery and disposal) of municipal waste from all properties located in the Municipality of Opoczno, on which the inhabitants reside, according to the hierarchy of waste management and equipping the property with containers and bags for collecting waste.

Annex no 1b - Resolution No XIX/209/2020 of the Opoczno City Council of 28 April 2020 on defining the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the reception of municipal waste from the owners of residential property located within the Municipality of Opoczno and the development of this waste, in exchange for a municipal waste management fee paid by the property owner,

Annex No 1i - Control Protocol stating the failure of the obligation to segregate waste by the owner of the property residing in the municipality of Opoczno, drawn up by the Contractor of the service of the collection and development of municipal waste.
