The market concerns My Energy's activities in the context of myenergy infopoint, specifically the design and production of communication media and, where appropriate, their printing and distribution. The myenergy infopoint services, formalized by an agreement between My Energy and the municipality (ies), include firstly a basic energy council for the inhabitants and, secondly, a rather technical assistance to the municipality (ies) always related to the topics of construction, renovation and sustainable mobility. Today, 100 of the 102 municipalities in Luxembourg belong to the infopoint network myenergy (an infopoint can bring together several municipalities). There are currently 21 myenergy infopoint. The project enables almost 600,000 inhabitants to benefit from the services offered by the communes and My Energy, at home or in one of the 50 offices located in the immediate vicinity of their home.

To ensure the visibility of the myenergy infopoint and to inform the inhabitants of the services and events that are offered to them, My Energy puts in place with the municipalities a certain number of information supports and elements of signage. The purpose of this tender is to award an order to a service provider to support the graphic adaptations of existing documents or media or to be created on the basis of its graphic charter (see Annex 3 of the specifications). Where appropriate, the production and distribution of the various documents will also be requested. It should be noted that it is not a matter of developing a new graphic charter, but of declining it on the various communication media.
