1. The object of the contract is the collection, transport and development of municipal waste created and collected on all properties on which residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Szczurowa, as well as from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in the village Szczurowa.
The system for receiving municipal waste does not include waste resulting from business activities and public buildings.
The object of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste
from the owners of real estate residing in the Szczurowa Commune from the following villages: Barczków, Dąbrówka Morska, Dołęga, Górka, Kopacze Wielkie, Księże Kopacze, Kwików, Niedzieliska, Pojawie, Popędzyna, Rajsko, Rudy Rysie, Rylowa, Rząchowa, Strzelce Małe, Strzelce Wielkie, Szczurowa, Wola Przemykowska, Wrzępia, Uście Solne, Zaborów and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, the so-called PSZOK in Szczurowa in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate recycling levels, preparation for reuse
and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996.
about maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities. Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and sorting residues destined for storage must be delivered to the municipal installation in accordance with applicable regulations. The implementation of the subject of the contract will be in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Szczurowa Commune and with the hierarchy of waste management methods referred to in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste. The area of the Szczurowa Commune is 135 km2. Population – 9 258 as at 08.09.2022 (+/- 5 %), number of households on the basis of declarations submitted as at 08.09.2022 – 2 441,
Number of persons residing on the basis of submitted declarations as at 08.09.2022 – 7 263 people. Total inhabited properties - single-family housing - 3 009. The detailed description of the contract is specified in the annex to the SWZ. The values are estimates and are subject to change during the execution of the order.
