A framework agreement shall be signed for cleaning services. A framework agreement shall be signed with one service provider who can offer complete solutions within cleaning services. The service provider shall cover the Labour and Welfare Directorate's need for daily and temporary cleaning services and closely related services, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms that are in the tender documents.
