Description:
Delivery of equipment related to ensuring accessibility for people with special needs as part of the project entitled "Accessible University – PWSW"

1.The subject of the contract includes the purchase and delivery of equipment related to ensuring accessibility for people with special needs as part of the project entitled "Accessible University – PWSW" as part of the project entitled "Accessible University – PWSW" No. POWR.03.05.00-00-A028/20 implemented under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development, Priority III Higher education for the economy and development, Measure 3.5 Comprehensive programs of universities, co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.

2. The scope of the task includes the purchase with delivery of nw. devices and equipment:

1) Electronic enlarger - 1 pc.

2) Electronic magnifiers - 5 pcs.

3) Enlarged keyboard - 5 pcs.

4) Braille monitor - 1 pc.

5) Keyboards for OzN upper limbs - 5 pcs.

6) Touch device, replacing a computer mouse - 5 pcs.

3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 1 to swz – Detailed description of the subject of the contract.

2. The scope of the task includes the purchase with delivery of nw. devices and equipment:

3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 1 to swz – Detailed description of the subject of the contract.

4. Division of the contract into lots.

The order was not divided into parts.

Due to the fact that the Ordering Party has not divided the order into parts, the requirements for part of the order are not specified.

Reasons for not dividing the order into parts:

The division of the task would risk restricting competition and excessive costs of performing the contract.

5. Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ specifies the minimum parameters to be met by the subject of the contract. When submitting an offer, the Contractor must offer, and in the case of selecting his offer also deliver, the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party.

6. Wherever the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by indicating trademarks or by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and / or systems, technical references, the Ordering Party shall allow equivalent solutions. Equivalent solutions proposed by the Contractor shall have at least the same or better technical and functional parameters, at least to the extent described by a given standard and shall not lower the standards specified by the Ordering Party. The term "equivalence" of the solution in particular is understood as: proving that the offered solution has at least the same or better – described by a given standard – technical and functional quality characteristics, which relate to the values in use of the subject of the contract, appropriate to the material, component, product used, such as: functionality, efficiency, ease of use, safety, comfort of use, and characteristics that describe the physical properties of the object Order. A Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.

7. The Ordering Party informs that the possible use of proper terms and names in the documentation is only exemplary and serves to determine the class and quality of materials. If the description of the subject of the contract contains indications of trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the works, products or services of a specific entity, the Contractor may offer works, products or equivalent services.

8. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order be brand new, complete, fully operational, meet the quality and technical standards resulting from the function and purpose, be free from material, construction, physical and legal defects, is not burdened with any rights for third parties, has the attestations and certificates required by law.

9. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract by its own transport to the place indicated by the Ordering Party at its own expense and risk. The subject of the contract should be delivered to the headquarters of the State Higher School of Eastern Europe in Przemyśl, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

10. It is recommended that the supplied equipment be properly secured for transport, in order to eliminate damage to the equipment during transport. The contractor shall be liable for damage to the equipment during transport.

11. Checking the subject of delivery will consist in making sure that the subject of delivery is free from physical defects, works in accordance with its intended purpose, and in particular that it corresponds to the description of the subject of the order contained in the offer selected by the Ordering Party.
