With this invitation to tender, KL-Kuntahankinnat Oy is requesting offers of ICT expert services for its clients operating in different parts of Finland.

The acquisition includes the following service areas:

A Development of Information Management and Operational Processes

B Design and specification services

C Programming and Integration Services

D Testing Services

E Expert services related to different uses

F Data Storage and Information Management

G Security and privacy consultancy and auditing.

The contract period is 24 months.

Expert services under a call for tenders refer to the work of experts. Thus, the software is not intended to be procured but mainly purchased separately. However, client-specific service agreements may also provide, to a limited extent (up to 20% of the total value of the delivery), firmware, software components, and service or hardware environments.
