The purpose of this contract is:

- for all staff members:

—— carrying out checks on absences due to illness, work accident or occupational disease;

—— recognition of a serious and long-term illness for the granting of quotas for return to illness and illness without a medical certificate;

—— issuance of residence permits abroad;

—— delivery of an opinion on systematic monitoring;

—— carrying out medical expertise to determine whether an absence is the result of moral or sexual harassment or acts of violence at work;

- for statutory employees:

—— carrying out medical checks prior to resuming part-time work for health reasons as well as appraisals relating to the recognition of a serious and long-term illness within the framework of availability for illness;

—— as well as all the related tasks necessary for the realization of the object (encoding of certificates, realization of statistics…).

The contract includes two items with prices which may be distinct (see inventory) which correspond to the services to be performed within the framework of this contract (see above), namely:

- carrying out medical checks on absences due to illness, work accident or occupational disease, medical checks prior to resuming part-time work (reduced benefits for medical reasons), issuing permits to stay abroad and delivery of an opinion on systematic monitoring;

- carrying out expert opinions for the recognition of a serious and long-term illness or of moral or sexual harassment or violence at work resulting in an absence due to illness.
