Building 330 (B330) will be a new building at DTU Campus Lyngby in quadrant 3, and will primarily house the Department of Space Research and Technology, DTU Space. The new building B330 will become a laboratory and office building of approx. 6,600 gross m². The present tender deals with the construction programme, proposal phase, design phase, execution phase as well as the use phase and transfer to DTU operations. From start to finish, the project must be prepared and implemented in a value-creating, close and binding collaboration between turnkey consultant, turnkey contractor and client.
