The services are divided into three lots, with the characteristics of the site and the project requiring close collaboration between the stakeholders of the three lots on the urban, environmental and social component.

The holder of lot 1 is responsible for the execution of full project management services concerning the realization of urban development studies and infrastructure works, roads and various networks, signage, public and landscaped areas, public lighting and civil engineering works.

The holder of Lot 2 is responsible for all missions to obtain regulatory environmental approvals but also for the definition of an environmental approach that will ensure compliance with environmental guidelines to ensure a sustainable approach to the project.

Lot 3 holder will be required to accompany the EPFAM in the resorption of unworthy habitat in one of the main areas of unsanitary conditions in the territory and in the implementation of the relocation plan inherent in the HIR project. It will conduct general and conventional monitoring and animation missions (information modalities, mobilization of inhabitants and partners, animation, coordination and support to relocation).
