Provision of common courier and cold transport services for the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the entities adhered to the Central Procurement System that form the subjective scope of the Framework Agreement.

An unplanned courier service is understood to be one that contemplates the following actions by the winning company (some or all) and which are: collection, transport, custody, distribution and delivery of documentation and/or parcels, punctual, sporadic and without a pre-established frequency, from a point of origin to a point of destination.

A cold transport service is understood to include: collection, transport and delivery by means of special cold vehicles (insulated, refrigerated and/or refrigerated) to guarantee the optimal conservation of the goods.

An unplanned courier service is understood to be that which includes: collection, transport, distribution and delivery of documentation and/or parcels, carried out in the immediate service modality. It includes the collection and delivery of one or more envelopes or packages transported on the same trip, provided that they have the same delivery point.

A planned courier service is understood to be one that includes: collection and delivery of documentation and/or parcels with destinations predetermined in the specifications. Periodic shipments on pre-established dates, with vehicles of sufficient capacity to guarantee the integrity of the documents to be transported.
