The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic installations, solar collectors, biomass boilers and heat pumps in the territory of Chełm Municipality, which is implemented as part of the project “Renewable energy sources in the territory of Chełm Municipality — project 1”.
Delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations and solar collectors in the territory of Chełm Municipality1. for photovoltaic installations:
1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Contracting Authority of 434 sets of photovoltaic installations, together with a design adapted to the place of assembly,
2) execution in each location, not later than 60 days after the signing of the contract with the Ordering Party, inventory of buildings from which the Protocols of Assembly Agreements will be drawn up with scaleable graphics program, roof projections with location module in photovoltaic and/or terrain projection with a ground mounting place and the course of the DC and AC cable route.
3) delivery and installation of structures under PV modules,
4) supply and assembly of new PV modules not older than 2021,
5) supply and assembly of new non-2021 inverters/ DC/AC inverters,
6) the execution of excavations in the ground to the required depth, in the event that the photovoltaic panels are located outside the building where the main switchboard will be located up to 25 meters in a straight line, above 25 meters the excavation is carried out by the resident,
7) arrangement of cable routes, grounding and cables from PV panels to inverter and wires from inverter to electrical switchboard
8) installation of the switchgear for photovoltaics (DC and AC side) with installation grounding (ground resistance value should reach <10 Ohm),
9) DC switchboard equipment (surge protector, DC fuse disconnector)
10) AC switchboard equipment (fuse disconnector, surge protector, overcurrent switch)
11) perform installation trials and check the correct operation of the apparatus,
12) the launch of the layout and regulations,
13) measurements of electrical installations required by appropriate regulations,
14) configuration of all inverters, connection to the user's internet network (in the absence of a fixed Internet connection at the location of the inverter, the cost of bringing coverage is covered by the User, in the case of complete absence of the Internet network at the User the requirement is equipping the User with a module that allows you to connect to the internet in the future.) and integration with a single system to monitor energy production, ecological benefits and control the work of solar installations from within the system. The system must be available for desktop and mobile devices on the iOS and Android platform, the system monitoring devices should be able to communicate with a dedicated server where the intended data will be stored,
15) training of facilities management persons and users from the operation and use of photovoltaic installations carried out in the framework of this procedure,
16) execution of documentation of the notification of the connection of microinstallations to the electricity grid of the regional OSD,
17) execution of the necessary mounting holes and culverts for the introduction of equipment,
18) sealing of mounting holes and culverts after introduction.
2. In the range of solar collector installation:
1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation of 202 sets of solar collector installations, together with a design adapted to the installation site,
2) assembly of solar collectors using systemic assembly sets and connection kits intended for a particular type of collector, the optimal tilt angle of collectors shall be applied, invariant for the collector exposure during the whole year, comprising from 30° to 60° and setting the manifolds as possible in the south direction, with a permissible deviation from that direction ranging from -45° to +45°,
3. In order to minimise the risk of damage to collectors during transport to the roof, transport by means of a crane or system ladders with an electric winch should be used,
In view of the limited number of marks, a further description is contained in clause 4.2.1.2 of the SWZ from point 4) to point 18).
