The scope of the works comprised within the contracts shall be inclusive of building operations, civil engineering works, roadway maintenance / re-surfacing, mechanical services installations, electrical services installations, ventilation services installations, fire precautions installation schemes, "back log" maintenance schemes, minor new works schemes, and routine maintenance works upon the Hospital Sites, together with their associated "satellite" sites.
