Lot 2: Build of the grounds and the new engineering support building, with 1-year post build acceptance;

Lot 3: Connection of the new engineering support building to the services;

Lot 4: Fit out to a shell and core delivery.

Tenderers are permitted to bid for a single, multiple or all lots.
