Complete demolition of a two-storey building, as a solid construction made of (steel) concrete with flat roof, built in 1982, approx. 3,700 m3 enclosed space. Complete removal of all construction waste (main mass concrete Z1.1, approx. 1,850 t). Including separation, closure and dismantling of various underground pipelines. Incl. pollutant remediation, especially asbestos (pipeline flanges, fire doors, plant pots) and KMF (pipeline insulation, suspended ceiling tiles) as well as removal of an above-ground 1.5 m3 diesel tank with emergency power generator. The floor slab and foundation are to be dismantled in a section without vibration so as not to damage the underlying sewage pipes.
