LPFT, LCHS and ULHT requires a suitably qualified service provider(s), utilising translators and interpreters that are registered with NRPSI and meet the qualification criteria required to be accepted onto the register (National Occupational Standards for Interpreting — QCF Level 6), to provide a reliable interpretation and translation service of the highest quality.
Lot 1 — Telephone interpretation service (must be 24/7 service).
Lot Two — Face to face planned care.
Lot Three — Face to face urgent/unplanned care (must be 24/7 service).
Lot Four — Sensory impairment planned care including Non-spoken languages e.g. BSL / SSE / Braille / Easy read / audio / text relay / SMS.
Lot Five — Sensory impairment urgent/unplanned care e.g. BSL / SSE / Easy read / audio / text relay / SMS.
Lot Six — Written translation service e.g. appointment letters, consent forms, information leaflets etc. (must be 24/7 service).
