Air and technical service of the Sokol W-3A helicopter
1. Air service (technical and operational) of the helicopter by a crew consisting of 2 pilots in rescue, search and training operations conducted by TOPR using a TOPR helicopter or another owned or used by the Contractor. Ensuring that the helicopter is operational 12 hours a day in the summer and 9 hours in the winter. At the request of TOPR, the daily operation time of the helicopter may be extended or shortened. A permanent duty of at least one mechanic is required.
2. Operation of the helicopter and its equipment in accordance with aviation law and technical requirements of manufacturers, i.e.
- the requirements contained in the instructions of the owner of the WSK PZL Świdnik type PZL W-3A helicopter certificate no. EASA.R.007,
- requirements included in the P&W Rzeszów manufacturer's instructions for PZL-10W engines,
- the requirements contained in the manuals of all optional equipment installed on the PZL W-3A helicopter serial number 37.09.08.
3. Incorporation of the helicopter into its AOC certificate operational specifications with all implications and the continuing airworthiness management specification.
4. Entering the helicopter in its CAME Characteristics with all its consequences.
5. Approval of Technical Maintenance Programs for the helicopter.
6. Operation of the helicopter base, in particular technical facilities and petrol stations.
7. Helicopter main repair maintenance resulting from the end of the certified limit of use of helicopter components.
8. Providing a replacement helicopter of Class A performance for the time being unable to perform tasks by the TOPR helicopter.
