Nordre Follo municipality needs to procure a quality and nonconformity system for supporting the work with quality management, notifications of incidents/deviation, internal control, etc.

The quality system that shall be procured must contribute to supporting necessary processes on different levels and it must be robust enough to cope with all of Nordre Follo´s organisation of approx. 5 000 employees.

The contracting authority requests tenders for a quality and deviation system for the following main areas:

— documentation management,

— non-conformity management,

— risk assessments,

— information security/GPDR,

— activity channel/planning cycle.
