This consultation concerns the completion of a project management mission dealing with the asbestos removal and demolition of a pavilion and the construction of approximately 23 dwellings at Pontault-Combault. The mission entrusted to the project manager is a mission of architecture in building - new works within the meaning of the MOP law n ° 85-704 of the 12.7.1985 modified, the elements of missions are detailed hereafter:
