1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of furniture for the needs of the Psychological Assistance Center of the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, at 1 Staffa Street in Bydgoszcz.
2. The subject of the contract has been divided into ii lots:
2.1. Part 1: delivery and assembly of furniture
2.2. Part 2: supply and assembly of children's furniture
3. A detailed description and manner of performance of the contract is contained in the OPZ, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
Delivery and assembly of furnitureThe subject of the contract is the delivery with assembly of furniture, buildings and fixed elements to the premises of the Psychological Assistance Center of the Kazimierz Wielki University, at 1 Staffa Street in Bydgoszcz.
1. Buildings, fixed elements and furniture must comply with the standards in force in the field of the first species. They must be brand new, free from defects, complete and ready for use or assembly.
2. They must meet the technical and quality requirements specified in the manufacturer's technical documentation for the product, are flame retardant and have specific declarations of conformity listed in detailed descriptions.
3. They must be authorised for marketing and use within the European Union, including those in rooms where people and children will be present (in the case of Part 2).
4. They must meet the requirements of the currently applicable standards relating to the quality of products and the safety of their use.
5. Components used for the production of buildings, furniture, must have hygienic certificates or other equivalent document in Polish.
6. Upholstery elements must be made of high-quality easily washable materials, resistant to discoloration and abrasion (abrasion resistance should be at least 75 000 cycles on the Martindale scale in accordance with PN-EN ISO 12947-2) with flame retardant certificate EN 1021-1 and EN 1021-2, light resistance 5 (BS EN ISO 105-B02 and hygienic certificate issued by PZH.
7. Metal elements powder coated on a previously thoroughly cleaned surface. Impact-resistant varnish coating.
8. All furniture edges (wooden/ metal) rounded or ground. Wooden elements smooth, sanded and varnished.
9. Furniture may not be encumbered with any rights in favour of third parties and may not be prototypes.
10. In accordance with the guidelines of the architectural office, for stylistic and functional reasons, the Ordering Party draws attention to the need to maintain the appropriate colors of furniture / buildings in accordance with the attached project. Color shades to be determined before signing the contract.
11. The Ordering Party shall not bear any consequences resulting from the omissions, omissions or measurement errors of the Contractors. The Ordering Party does not have any measuring instruments at its disposal.
12. The Contractor is obliged to deliver and assemble the furniture in the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The Contractor is responsible for the correct installation of the devices, in accordance with legal requirements in this respect, in particular OHS.
13. The Contractor is obliged to take and dispose of all packaging in which the order was delivered, as well as to manage all waste generated during the performance of the contract.
14. The Contractor is obliged in particular to comply with the applicable health and safety and fire protection regulations. and protection of the rooms in which the order will be carried out and adjacent communication routes against dirt, dust and damage.
15. The Contractor, after delivery of the subject of the contract and after completion of assembly works, is obliged to organize the place of assembly and leave the rooms (floors, walls, etc.) in a condition no worse than before the date of assembly.
16. All instructions for use, operation/use, as well as information on the safe use of products must be provided in Polish.
17. The warranty period required by the Ordering Party is min. 24 months from the date of receipt of the order, i.e. from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.
18. The project is only an illustrative material.
19. In cases where the description of the subject of the contract indicates trademarks, patents or origins, sources or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable way.
