The delivery, coordination, tutoring, dynamization and monitoring of training activities under e-learning teletraining on a 100% accessible web platform and with certain courses under accessible content in the field of Vocational Training for Employment and throughout the national territory, making it available to Inserta I use the infrastructure, personnel and content necessary to carry out this type of activity with the aim of improving the professional skills and employment and training routes of participants, in accordance with the current needs of the labour market.

The development of the service shall be carried out in accordance with at least the catalogue of training activities related to the list (see annex), which includes the minimum number of training activities under unaccessible content and the minimum number of training activities under accessible content (identified with the text 'AA') which must cover the offer of tenderer, catalogue to which it will incorporate any other actions it considers (in the field of Vocational Training for Employment) or which, where appropriate, are demanded from Inserta Empleo based on the needs of the recipients of the programme.

In terms of the design and provision of the service, at least the tasks of:

— support in the characterization and identification of needs,

— development and adaptation of training content,

— production and implementation of training content,

— content hosting, maintenance and administration of the same,

— making available an accessible e-learning platform and certain content accessible to groups with disabilities that require it,

— availability of a catalogue of training activities for the participation of recipients of the provision of the service.

With regard to the development of training actions, at least the tasks of:

— the provision, tutoring and dynamization of training activities through innovative motivating methodologies for students to achieve the learning objectives,

— bring the reality of the work environment closer to the development and execution of training activities.

As for the monitoring and control of training and activity activities, they are divided into tasks:

(a) Administrative:

— administrative management of training activities,

— completion, making available and delivery of information and documentation within the established deadlines and forms, using the formats and tools required by Inserta Empleo,

— attention, reporting information and resolution of incidents to Inserta Empleo professionals by sending information through pre-fixed reports (content and periodicity) and by accessing professionals to a web space with student information in real time (connections, advances, evaluations... ),

— integration of computer platforms for reporting information and monitoring,

— all other actions related to the monitoring and monitoring of training activities;

(b) teacher/tutorization/dynamization:

— adaptation, where appropriate, of the methodology, dynamization and tutoring for each student,

— attention, technical assistance and resolution of incidents of the platform to students who must consider making direct contacts both synchronous (phone calls, WhatsApp...) and asynchronous (e-mail, chat...) both at the beginning of the training action and throughout the course of the training,

— Contact with students: the dynamizer/tutor must contact the student by phone or by video call (or by any similar means: WhatsApp...) at least once at the beginning of the training action for individual presentation, presentation of the course and the media available, and for transmission of all information of interest in the implementation of the training action (contents, evaluation system, care system...) and at least once again throughout the course's execution (monitoring its evolution, incidents, resolution of doubts, etc.),

— making available to the project a comprehensive system of care for students with guarantees of providing a quality service and with the necessary intensity for the proper care of pupils (tutoring, dynamizing, monitoring, evaluation, resolution of doubts, etc.),

— evaluation of participants,

— knowledge and information on the level of attendance, connection, progress and evaluation of students.
