1. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Chancellery of the Senate of 5 brand new, identical passenger cars with sets of winter tires.

2. Cars must be brand new, manufactured in 2023, have homologation and must be complete, free from physical defects (construction, material, workmanship) and legal defects.

3. Details regarding the subject of the contract are included in the description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

4. The subject of the contract has not been divided into lots, because it is homogeneous.

4. The Contractor is obliged to secure the bid security in the amount of: PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand zlotys). The tendering security must be lodged before the deadline for submission of tenders. See SWZ for details.
