The subject of the order is the supply of electricity between 1.1.2022 and 31.12.2022 and 398 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (± 10%) of 4,511.75 MWh, of which:
1) for premises and facilities (part 1 of the order) — 3,357,38 MWh — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 1a to SWZ;
2) for road lighting (part 2 of the order) — 1,154,37 MWh, the detailed list of PPE is Annex 1b to SWZ.
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities1. Number of measurement systems accounting for electricity consumed 198 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption over the term of the contract 3,357.38 MWh, of which:
— Zone I: 1 557,64 MWh,
— Zone II: 1,584,64 MWh,
— Zone III: 215.10 MWh.
The above data is indicative. The Contractor shall take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of ± 10%.
4. Delivery will take place between 1.1.2022 and 31.12.2022.
5. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column 'Delivery period'). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting1. Quantity of measurement systems accounting for consumed electricity 200 pcs
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption over the term of the contract of 1,154.37 MWh, of which:
— zone I: 332,40 MWh,
— Zone II: 821.97 MWh.
