The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021 item item 1275 as of late. — 'Law on the Forests of Chojna in 2022.

The proceedings shall be carried out in an unrestricted tender procedure pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1), referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of 11 September 2019. The law of public procurement and implementing acts to the PZP, in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement a value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds.

The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — 'Forests Act') covering workings in the field of nursing and semining, to be carried out on the area of the Forest District of Chojna in the year 2022.
