Repair of the circulation reserve

The subject of the contract is the repair of components and parts of the circulation reserve for electric multiple units.


Task No. 1 - Repair of LK450 traction motors

37 pcs of LK450 traction motors repaired.


Task No. 2 - Repair of LK450X6 traction motors

Repair of 12 pcs LK450X6 traction motors.


Task No. 3 - Repair of the wagon bumpers, wagon couplings

Repair of inter-wagon buffers no. 3B1002-1-0 in the number of 33 pcs, inter-wagon couplings no. ZEK X 1109-3-0 in the number of 23 pcs.


Task No. 4 - Repair of pantographs

Repair of 5ZL pantographs in an amount of 6 pieces and 4AKP pantographs in an amount of 10 pieces


Task No. 5 - Repair of shock absorbers

Repair: vertical shock absorbers in the number of 201 pieces, horizontal shock absorbers in the amount of 267 pieces, horizontal shock absorbers up to EW60 in the amount of 6 pieces


Task No. 6 - Repair of brake pad adjusters

Repair: brake pad adjusters 300 (factory designation H19S41-300) in the amount of 50 pcs, brake pad adjusters 600 (factory designation H19S41-600) in the amount of 62 pcs.


Task No. 7 - Repair of valves

Repair: 10 driver's valves, 16ʺ distributor valves 12 pcs, 14ʺ manifolds 14


Task No. 8 - Repair of front couplings

Repair of front couplings in the amount of 7 pieces.
