1. The subject of the contract is: WFD in Włodawa Delivery of fuels in 2024
2. The scope of the contract includes:
1) Delivery will consist of:
a) refueling unleaded petrol PB 95 in a maximum quantity of 6 000 l,
b) refueling of DIESEL ON in the maximum amount of 35 000 l,
c) purchase of consumables directly related to the protection of the technical efficiency of the car (engine, hydraulic and transmission oils, radiator fluid, windshield washer fluid, ADBLUE, lubricants, brake fluid, light bulbs, etc.) – as needed
1. The subject of the contract is: WFD in Włodawa Delivery of fuels in 2024
2. The scope of the contract includes:
1) Delivery will consist of:
a) refueling unleaded petrol PB 95 in a maximum quantity of 6 000 l,
b) refueling of DIESEL ON in the maximum amount of 35 000 l,
c) purchase of consumables directly related to the protection of the technical efficiency of the car (engine, hydraulic and transmission oils, radiator fluid, windshield washer fluid, ADBLUE, lubricants, brake fluid, light bulbs, etc.) – as needed
2) Delivery terms:
a) Cashless refueling of vehicles and purchase of consumables – at the Contractor's Service Station.
b) The service station should be located in Włodawa.
c) The driver/operator shall, after each collection of fuel or consumables for the company car, confirm the fact that they have been collected with a handwritten signature on the release document.
d) The Contractor undertakes that the service station will be available to the Ordering Party around the clock on all working days as well as Sundays and holidays as needed.
(e) Ensure that the invoiced fuel price and prices for other consumables purchased are consistent with the prices applicable to the Contractor at the time of purchase taking into account the discharge offered.
3) Issuing collective VAT invoices, regulating the amount due for the purchase of fuels and consumables no more than twice a month.
4) Quantities of fuels given in point 2.1) point 2. (a) and (b) are maximum quantities. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the ordered quantities of fuels in accordance with the needs of the WFD, in which case the provisions of point 5 shall apply.
5) The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the assortment of delivery of one fuel to another, within the maximum value of the entire order.
6) Fuels must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of
9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314).
3. The Contracting Authority shall request that the contractor be indicated in the tendering part of the contract to which the performance intends to entrust the subcontractors.
4. The subject matter of the contract has been described in the manner specified in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority accepts solutions equivalent to those described provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of the evidence referred to in Articles 104-107 of the PPL, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract to an equivalent extent
5. In accordance with Article 433 point 4) of the PPL Act, the Ordering Party indicates that the minimum amount of the benefit specified in point 2.1) point 433 point 4) of the PPL Act. (a) and (b) shall be 20% of the quantity of litres of unleaded petrol PB 95 and 20% of the quantity of litres of diesel ON.
6. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of purchasing fuel and materials
operating in a non-cash form using fuel cards.
