The present tender deals with:

- Establishment of heat pump systems and construction of heat pump building (turnkey contract).

The contracting entity must establish a heat pump system that will produce heat for the district heating network by means of a number of heat pumps that absorb the energy from the outside air. In connection with the establishment, a heat pump building will be constructed, which is part of the turnkey contract together with the heat pump plant.

The complete tender documents describe the requirements for the Contracting Entity and have been prepared with a view to entering into a contract with one turnkey contractor for design, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the heat pump system, as well as the establishment of heat pump building and transformers.
