Successive delivery of AVGAS 100 LL aviation gasoline for the Aviation Education Center of the Rzeszów University of Technology for the years 2023-2024:

1. Delivery to the storage tank of the Aviation Training Centre of the Rzeszów University of Technology in Jasionka 915, 36-001 Trzebownisko

2. Regular deliveries for the period from the date of signing the contract to 31.12.2024

3. Estimated quantity during the term of the contract - up to 430 000 kg.

4. Dedicated transport provided by the Supplier.

5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to inspect the quality assurance procedures at the supplier's plant min. 1 time per year.

6. One-time delivery from 10 m3 to 25 m3.

7. The amount of fuel supplied may be reduced at the exclusive request of the ordering party.

8. Each fuel delivery will be accompanied by a quality certificate confirming the requirements of DEF STAN 91-90 wyd. 4 of late zm. and the current price list of supplied aviation gasoline AVGAS 100 LL.

9. Delivery time no longer than 7 working days. Shorter lead times preferred. The Supplier shall confirm the acceptance of the order and the delivery time on the day of the order. Weekday deliveries from 7.00 to 15.00.

10. Fuel that does not meet the quality requirements will not be accepted by the ordering party.

11. Samples from the disputed batch of fuel will be analyzed at the Chemical Laboratory of PLL LOT S.A. in Warsaw.

12. If the impurities are large and visible, e.g. visible solid impurities or visible oversized failure, then the fuel batch will not be accepted and no analysis will be carried out in the laboratory.

13. In the event of confirmation of non-compliance with the quality requirements, the ordering party shall consider a given batch of fuel as undelivered.

14. The net unit price of fuel delivered to the place of delivery will be determined each time on the basis of the price list applicable to the supplier on the day of the order.

15. Deliveries will be made using the relevant provisions on excise duty

16. Payment 14 days from the date of receipt of the invoice
