1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer hardware and software for organizational units of the Pomeranian University in Słupsk in the assortment and quantities specified in Annex 2 to IDW - Assortment and quantity form.

2. The Contractor shall ensure that the delivered subject of the contract is brand new, complete and operational, has no physical defects and is ready for use as intended without making additional purchases of parts and accessories.

3. The delivered item of the order must have the necessary documents, instructions and guarantees in English. Documents, warranty card and instructions for use, the Contractor shall provide the Contractor with the subject of the contract.
