Description:

The CPC intends to put a framework agreement in place with suitable manufactures and resellers which will offer additional benefits through collaborative and innovative partnerships with our members. The framework agreement will be for the supply of a wide range of ICT equipment and the provision of support services, to be purchased continuously and in varying quantities during the contract period. All members heavily rely on having a robust ICT infrastructure/environment and the equipment required will be utilised for a variety of administrative, research and academic applications.

Approx. GBP 117 000 000 pounds sterling has gone through the Desktop, Hardware and Peripheral's framework in the last 3 years. We anticipate use of the framework by members to increase as membership continues to grow.

Lot 1

Ranges of Desktops PC Solutions (Including monitors. Keyboards, mice etc.) Thin Clients, including Installation Services, Maintenance Services, Training and Support.

Lot 2

Laptops, Notebooks, Netbooks, tablets, PDA's and Mobile Internet Devices, and other related products.

Lot 3

Peripherals inclusive, but not exclusive of Printers, Monitors, memory upgrades, spares, components and accessories, and other related products.

Lot 4

IT Hardware compatible with Apple operating Systems

Lot 5

Installation and Maintenance Services

Lot 6

IT Disposal and Recycling

Lot 7

ICT Managed Services

It is a requirement of the Tender that the selected Supplier(s) will extend the terms to all eligible Institutions and Consortia, as defined by the CPC including Further Education institutions, Sixth Forms, Academies, Schools, Museums and other similar organisations. The tender is also available for Higher Education institutions if they join the CPC as a single contract member. The CPC reserves the right during the period of this agreement to make additions to or subtractions from the list of participating Institutions and Consortia.
