The acquisition of electric energy by the City of Turku and its group entities associated with this acquisition, including open physical supply and the possibility of price mortgages, portfolio management and market information. The contract shall be concluded on a periodic basis with the entry into force once both contracting parties have signed it and expires on a fixed term of 31 December 2024. In addition, the subscriber is entitled to an option for the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026.

The implementation of the contract shall be as follows:

Physical delivery of electricity will begin on 1 January 2022 and end on 31 December 2024.

The price protection service and the mortgage on the provenance guarantees of electricity generated by renewable energy can begin immediately from the signature of the contract.

The number and location of the locations may change during the contract period. The subscriber does not commit to the total estimated acquisition amount indicated in the RFQ.
