development, supply and support of new generation truck trailers (NSERC) and related services

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to acquire and support military trucks and their trailers for the renewal of refueling capabilities, transport of armored vehicles and logistics (troubleshooting, transport of fighters, cargo, construction materials and weapon systems).

The main services to be carried out are as follows:

- development complements from existing base (s) and supply of different categories of protected military trucks (NRGs) or no, having differentiated mobility (all-road, off-road or road):

O tanker trucks of the carrier type,

o tank-carrying assemblies (tractor and semi-trailers),

o logistics trucks of the heavy and median type,

- development and supply of the NSERC support system (tools, spare parts, documentation, training),

- provision of support and technical control of the vehicle fleet,

- development and supply of a fleet management tool.

this draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Order Code.

Pursuant to articles L. 2325-1 1°, R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-8 of the Public Order Code, this is a framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts.

Pursuant to articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement may present significant technical hazards, it will include a provision allowing the acquisition in progress of supplies or services that could not be defined precisely in the initial framework agreement.

Pursuant to article R. 2332-11 of the Public Procurement Code, the electronic transmission of applications and offers is authorized: Refer to section Vl.3.3) relating to additional information - “Methods of transmission of applications”
