Multi-service operation and maintenance service - ordinary (at a fee) and extraordinary (on request) - systems with supervision, minute building maintenance and green areas at the regional headquarters for Puglia

Open procedure, pursuant to art. 36, paragraphs 9 and 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, divided into a single lot, for the assignment of the multi-service operating and maintenance service - ordinary (at a fee) and extraordinary (on request) - of the systems with supervision, minute building maintenance and green areas at the regional headquarters for Puglia.

The maximum overall amount of the contract, which constitutes the auction base, has been estimated at EUR 208 914.50 (two hundred eight thousand nine hundred fourteen / 50), excluding VAT, divided as follows:

- EUR 189 195.00 (one hundred eighty-nine thousand one hundred ninety-five / 00), as an amount for the ordinary maintenance service (at a fee) to be subject to a reduction in the offer,

- EUR 18 919.50 (eighteen thousand nine hundred nineteen / 50), as an extraordinary maintenance activity (on request) to be subject to a reduction in the offer,

- EUR 800.00 (eight hundred / 00), as security charges deriving from interference risks not subject to a reduction in the offer.

Pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, RAI reserves the right to extend the duration of the contract / framework agreement for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor.

RAI reserves the right, if the contractual amount (to be understood as the awarding amount of the reference lot) should not be exhausted at the end of the contractual term, to extend the duration of the relative contract for the time necessary to use the full contractual amount.
