Procedure open pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 for the assignment of educational services for early childhood and extracurricular services divided into two separate adjudication lots. Participation in lots 1 and 2 and the award of both lots to the same operator is allowed.

Educational services for the children's area of the Municipality of Montespertoli. “Maria Grazia/L'Aquilone” nursery on the ground floor and 1st floor in via Aldo Moro 11-13 at “La Casaccia”. The service must be carried out under the observance of the rules contained in the following articles and of the provisions regarding remuneration, assistance, pension, hygiene, health and safety for staff employee (even if volunteers or co-operatives partners).

The service in question refers to the legislation of the Tuscany Region on early childhood services, L.R. 32/02, as amended by L.R. n. 3 of 27.1.2013, and implemented by DPGR n. 41/R dated 31 7.7.2013 and subsequent amendments; to the indications given in the guidelines of the Tuscany Region on the correct application of Regulation 41/2013 and ss.mm.ii.; to the indications given in the regulation for the functioning of early childhood educational services Zona Empolese Valdelsa, approved by C.C. Resolution No. 34 of 25.3.2021; to the indications given in the charter of the services of the Maria Nursery Nursery Grace the Kite.

The tender amount of EUR 1 020 525.35 is net of VAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions, and is inclusive of interference security charges. The amount of security charges from interference is 700.00 EUR, VAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions excluded and is not subject to lower.

Pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16 of the Code, the amount placed on the basis of the tender includes the labor costs that the contracting station estimated at EUR 908 942.37 corresponds to 89.24% of the lot value in the three-year period, the contracting station used as a reference for calculating labor costs the Ministerial Tables related to the CCNL of social cooperatives.

The estimated maximum value of lot 1 is EUR 1 870 963.14, net of VAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions, and is determined as follows:

— tender-based amount referring to the contractual term of 3 educational years equal to 1 020 525.35 EUR of which 1 019 825.35 EUR for downward amount and 700.00 EUR for security charges arising from risks interference not subject to downward,

— amount for the eventual renewal of the contract for a further 2 years of education amounting to EUR 680 350.23 of which EUR 679 883.56 for the downward amount and EUR 466.67 for security charges arising from risks interference not subject to downward,

— the amount for the possible technical extension for up to six months of EUR 170 087.56, of which €169 970.89 per downward amount and EUR 166.67 for security charges arising from interference risks not subject to downward.

Contracting of extracurricular services of the Municipality of Montespertoli. Listed below:

CIAF — Teenage and Family Childhood Center, which includes:

a) psychological listening desk;

b) information desk and first reception desk;

c) school support for students of classes IV and V of primary school and to students of the secondary school of first degree: “Pensieri Scacciapensieri”;

d) educational services aimed at young teenagers “Flying without Propeller”;

e) parenting laboratories;

f) organizing and promoting cycles of meetings in support of parenting “The Circle of Moms”;

g) babysitting register;

h) management of proposals submitted by associations and/or individuals free of charge and/or voluntary;

i) kids summer centers.

The tender amount of EUR 248 987.33 is net of VAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions, and is inclusive of interference security charges. The amount of security charges from interference is 400.00 EUR, VAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions excluded and is not subject to declines.

Pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16 of the Code, the amount placed by the tender includes the labor costs that the contracting station estimated at 204 770.1 EUR corresponds to 82.24% of the lot value in the three-year. The contracting station used the Ministerial Tables for the CCNL of social cooperatives for calculating the labour cost for the calculation of the labour cost.

The estimated maximum value of lot 2 is EUR 456 476.77, net of VAT and/or other tax legal contributions, and is determined as follows:

— tendering amount referring to the 3-year contractual term of EUR 248 987.33, of which EUR 248 587.33 for a downward amount and EUR 400.00 for security charges arising from interference risks not subject to downward,

— amount for the possible renewal of the contract for a further 2 years of EUR 165 991.56 of which EUR 165 724.90 for the amount subject to a lower amount and EUR 266.66 for security charges arising from interference risks not subject to downward,

— amount for the possible technical extension for up to six months of EUR 41 497.88 of which EUR 41 431.33 per amount subject to lower and EUR 66.67 for security charges arising from interference risks not subject to downward.
