The contract relates to new construction of 5-storey car parks with shop section and car wash in the ground floor and a solar cell facility of approximately 280 KW on the roof.
The parking house accommodates about 305 parking spaces in the 4th floor with technology spaces, stairwells and lift when it is ready.
The contract consists of the following subcontractors, AB 04:

- Electrical and telecommunications systems
- Pipe installation
- Air treatment - Control and monitoring
