Snow making installations shall be procured for Lillomarka Arena ski and biathlon arena. The aim of the procurement is to have a year round sports and activity arena suitable for training and competitions within cross country skiing, orienteering and dog sports and training within biathlon. The project is split into 2 phases, see Doffin for further information on the project's 2 phases, reference number 2017-117230.

A complete, ready-for-use system for snow making shall be delivered, which is suitable for the existing pipelines, electrical power sockets and manhole locations. The design of the pump room in the ski bridge land abutment shall be coordinated with the technical construction contract in phase 2. The installation shall be reliable in the conditions in which snow making occurs. The delivery shall include snow cannons, hoses and fittings in manholes, water supply from Badedammen and pressure increase of water and air, suitable for the offered snow cannons. The installation shall be simple and safe to operate and it shall be suitable to be partly run by volunteers. The delivery shall include complete MOM documentation, operating instructions and training of operators. See the Requirement Specifications point 21 — Snow Making Delivery for further information.
