The agreement consists of the conversion of the existing town hall into the House for Society. The contract is subdivided into the following lots:

- lot 1: construction work,

- lot 2: electrical work, and

- lot 3: mechanical engineering work.

Although the three aforementioned lots will be awarded separately, a final award of each lot will only take place when agreement has been reached for each of the separate lots with the winning contractor. The assignments are also only issued if the permits required for implementation are irrevocable.

The intended commencement date of the agreements is 9.6.2021 with the start of work immediately following this. Construction completion date is 1.10.2022.

This concerns demolition work on the existing building and the constructional realization of the new layout. This also includes the supply and installation of window frames and glazing, the supply and installation of facade insulation and the supply and installation of roof insulation and roof covering.

This concerns all necessary electrical work, including supply and installation of lighting and low-voltage strip installations.

Mechanical engineering work. This concerns all necessary mechanical work, including the supply and installation of climate ceilings and heat-cold storage.
