In the special school, the main building is to be partially renovated and the exercise pool is to be repaired, including the swimming pool and other technology.

Furthermore, fire protection measures and pollutant remediation are to be carried out on the basement and ground floor.

In addition, the special school is to receive an extension and extension of the exercise pool with group, function and ancillary rooms with barrier-free access in a size of approx. 1,000 m².

For this purpose, flooring work must be carried out in BA 1 (main building).

The new floor coverings will be installed for the most part on existing screed surfaces. The old surfaces have already been removed. In addition to the laying work, the existing areas must be prepared for the new coverings. In the course of the preparatory work, screed work is

on a smaller scale.
