1. The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755) with a division into parts, i.e.

1) lot 1 of the order - supply of electricity to facilities located within the Stare Babice commune;

2) lot 2 of the order - supply of electricity to facilities located in the municipality of Leszno.

2. Electricity will be delivered to the Awarding Entity's power points, i.e.:

1) in part 1 of the contract - to the facilities of the Stare Babice Commune, municipal budgetary units, the Municipal Enterprise Komunalny Eko-Babice Sp. z o. o. indicated in Annex 10 and 10a-10i to the model contract;

2) in part 2 of the contract - to the facilities of the Leszno commune and municipal budgetary units indicated in Annex 10 and 10j-10l to the contract template.

- part No. 2 of the order - supply of electricity to facilities located in the Leszno commune.

Electricity will be delivered to the Awarding Entity's power points, i.e.:

- in part No. 2 of the order - to the facilities of the Leszno commune and municipal budgetary units indicated in Annex 10 and 10j-10l to the contract template.
