The task consists in the overall conception, design and implementation of training content and processes, coordinating and providing suitable consultants or coaches, as well as scheduling, coordinating, processing and implementing qualified digital consultations. For this purpose, a volume of approximately 1,200 consulting sessions (on site) must be implemented in Hessen's gastronomy companies in combination with the production and provision of suitable online training and e-learning for 2021 and 2022. The content of the consulting topics should be based on predefined topics of digitization as well as target group clusters that have already been determined in the run-up to this call for proposals as described above. The focus is on building blocks from the topics of customer loyalty, customer communication and productivity/process optimization, as well as the development of possible digital offers.
Expertise in personal advice, suitable online training formats, training conception and essential knowledge of digitization topics in the catering industry must be demonstrated here.
In order to significantly advance digitization in Hessian catering companies, HA Hessen Agentur GmbH (HA) writes out the following services:
— design and implementation of the predefined training concept (consulting logic including methods mix) for different typologies of gastronomy with carefully tailored consulting content,
— planning, coordination and implementation of personal consultation appointments on site including appointment management
— Development and creation of suitable online formats for different content dimensions and target groups of digitization consulting. The best possible approach with carefully tailored advice content
— documentation of the consultation dates and content as well as the recommendations for action discussed in the process for the best possible follow-up care,
— The development and provision of a basic platform for controlling e-learning, registration, appointment booking, measurement of success, selection function, etc.
