This consultation concerns the acquisition, supply and delivery of office supplies (excluding reprographie paper), throughout France and for all members of the grouping via an online order and management tool.

The future holder will also be asked to provide user guides for the tool (users and administrator), the possibility to deliver training and the provision of a Hot-Line. The tool will allow the tracking of users' orders, the management of accounts charged with orders, the retrieval of reports, the implementation of validation circuits and specific catalogues...

The future holder will also have to manage the calendar campaign annually.

The supplies covered are the following purchase families: blocks and notebooks, writing and correction, office supplies, filing and archiving, envelope and shipping, labelling and signage, presentation of documents, specific papers (excluding reprographic paper), office layout (magazine holders, mail baskets...), computer ( calculators, titruses...).

One-time orders for the “General Services” family may occur during the contract (less than 5% of the total value).

This list is not exhaustive and may be complemented by the needs of the different companies inherent in the market.

The following purchase families are not affected by this market: office furniture, personal protective and safety equipment, reprographic A4 and A3 paper (for our MFPs), multifunctional equipment and associated consumables (ink cartridges, toners), monitors and computers.

The average annual budget for all entities (excluding reprographic paper) is approximately EUR 90 000 excluding VAT.

Volumetry:

— 250 accounts charged with orders,

— 400 annual orders,

— about thirty delivery points.
