1. The subject of this contract are comprehensive cleaning services in the facilities and on the premises of the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, divided into 4 parts.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference "Description of the subject matter of the contract" for individual parts of the contract (for lots no. 1, 2, 3, 4).

PART NO. 1 - The subject of the contract is COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF CLEANLINESS IN THE FACILITIES AND ON THE PREMISES OF THE JAN MATEJKO ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS IN KRAKOW, concerns:

1) A complex of buildings located at 13 Jana Matejki Square in Cracow, Paderewskiego Street, 18 Basztowa Street - together with the auditorium, and the adjacent area, i.e. access to the buildings,

2) Premises in the building at 4 Jana Matejki Square in Cracow,

3) Premises in the building of the railway station at 3 Jana Nowak-Jeziorański Square in Cracow,

4) Premises no. 1 in the building at 29 Radziwiłłowska Street in Cracow.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference "Description of the subject matter of the contract" for individual parts of the contract (for lots no. 1, 2, 3, 4).

PART NO. 2 - The subject of the contract is COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF CLEANLINESS IN THE FACILITIES AND ON THE PREMISES OF THE JAN MATEJKO ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS IN KRAKOW, concerns:

1) The building located at 9 Smoleńsk Street in Cracow, including auxiliary buildings and the adjacent area - access to the buildings, the area of the inner railway station with a garden,

2) Premises numbered: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8, 8A in the building at 21 Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Street (front building) and premises no. 10 in the building at 21 Marszałka Piłsudskiego Street (outbuilding).

PART NO. 3 - The subject of the contract is COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF CLEANLINESS IN THE FACILITIES AND ON THE PREMISES OF THE JAN MATEJKO ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS IN KRAKOW, concerns:

1) The building located at 27-29 Juliusza Lea Street in Cracow and the adjacent area - access to the building and the area of the internal railway station,

2) Premises in the building at 14 Masarska Street in Cracow,

3) The building located at 3 Szczepana Humberta Street and the external adjacent area – access to the building, including the maintenance of greenery,

4) The building located at 3 Szczepana Humberta Street inside (until the transfer of operations to the building located at 21 Syrokomla Street in Cracow - obtaining an occupancy permit). The maximum number of posts required to maintain cleanliness inside - one.

5) The building located at 21 Władysława Syrokomli Street in Cracow and the external area, adjacent access to the building (pavement).

6) The building located at 21 Władysława Syrokomli Street in Cracow - the front building, the outbuilding and the area of the internal courtyard (from the date of obtaining the occupancy permit).

PART NO. 4 - The subject of the contract is COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF CLEANLINESS IN THE FACILITIES AND ON THE PREMISES OF THE JAN MATEJKO ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS IN KRAKOW, concerns:

1) The building located at 16 Karmelicka Street in Cracow and the adjacent area - access to the building and the area of the internal railway station,

2) Premises in the buildings at 23 and 23A Berka Joselewicza Street in Cracow together with the area of the adjacent courtyard.
