Supply, including free transport and unloading, of wire fencing netting and complementary elements thereof, through the conclusion of a framework agreement, with a single supplier, within the meaning of Article 54, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.

By determining to contract n. 02/2020/STE of 3.12.2020, this administration has resolved to entrust the supply, including transport and unloading free of destiny, of wire fence net and related complementary elements, through the conclusion of a framework agreement, with a single supplier, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.

The award will take place through open procedure and with the application of the lowest price criterion, pursuant to articles 60 and 95 of Legislative Decree of 18.4.2016, n. 50 — code of public contracts (hereinafter: code) .

The place of delivery of the supply shall be the national territory at the sites identified in Annex 6. 'Delivery places' — NUTS code: EN
