Brabant Water needs the hiring of Flexible Workers on the basis of a Temporary Employment Agreement and wishes to conclude new Framework Agreements for this purpose. Brabant Water wants Framework Agreements with various Contractors for the provision of Flexible Workers so that Brabant Water can hire Flexible Workers in a lawful and efficient manner. The intended purpose of the tender is to ensure the acquisition of a high-quality and efficient facility for the hiring of Flexible Workers with due observance of the scope of the Assignment by concluding multiple Framework Agreements to guarantee the continuity of the service as much as possible. A maximum of three (3) contractors per lot (this tender concerns 2 lots) are contracted. The Descriptive Document contains the description of the course of the procurement procedure to award the contract (Framework agreements per lot).
Flexible Workforce Customer Contact Center (KCC))Lot 1 concerns the use of Flexible Labour specifically for KCC. To this end, it is intended to conclude a Framework Agreement with three (3) Contractors, with a term of two (2) years with an option to extend the agreement by a maximum of six (6) times one (1) year (maximum duration agreement 8 years), for the provision of flex workers specifically for KCC (Cao Uitzendkrachten/ Cao WWb 2021-2022 - version 01-06-2021). The mentioned value is indicative, no rights can be derived from it. For that reason, this framework agreement will be concluded for a maximum value of 150% of the aforementioned value in order to prevent the estimated value from being exceeded before the expiry of the framework agreement.
