The municipality of Veenendaal is currently developing the third sub-district in Veenendaal-oost: Groenpoort. An important starting point is that the homes are offered heat and cold from a collective system. A new power plant has therefore been designed for this district. This power plant generates heat and cold centrally with a thermal energy store, heat pumps, electric boilers and a hot water buffer. Through the distribution network (four-pipe distribution system; hot a+r and cold a+r) which is put on the market with this tender, the heat and cold is distributed to the homes.

This tender is the follow-up to the tender withdrawn in December 2022 with reference TN 356715 which was published on 7 April 2022.

The assignment includes the elaboration into UO design & work preparation, realization of heat and cold network, realization of home connections, maintenance and all communication around this process.
