The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and tourism, to be performed in the Kwidzyn Forest District in the Gonty and Ośno forests, in 2023. Planned start date - from the conclusion of the contract to the end of the contract - 31.12.2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding and tourism, to be performed in the Kwidzyn Forest District in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 75% of the value of this contract.
